This Refund Policy explains how purchases work for the products and services offered by Boss Up Wealth Circle, operated by The AJ Collective ("we," "us," or "our"). It applies to all purchases made through our website and store.
The short version: All sales are final — we do not offer refunds. Instead of refunds, we stand behind our work with up to three (3) rounds of revisions on eligible deliverables to make sure you're taken care of.
01All sales are final
Because our memberships, software, digital products, courses, and services are delivered digitally and provide value immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund, return, or exchange for any product or service, in whole or in part.
02Revisions, not refunds
We'd rather make it right than leave you unhappy. For deliverables that involve work created for you, we provide up to three (3) rounds of revisions so the final result meets what was agreed.
- How to request. Reply to your order or delivery email, or contact us, describing the changes you'd like.
- Scope. Revisions cover adjustments to the delivered work as originally scoped. New requests beyond the original scope may be quoted separately.
- Standalone products. Software subscriptions and instantly-delivered digital products are provided as-is; revisions apply to build and done-for-you deliverables.
03Cancelling a subscription
For any product billed on a recurring basis (such as the monthly membership or monthly software fees), you may cancel at any time to stop future charges. Cancelling ends future billing; already-billed periods are non-refundable, and your access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
04Access & delivery problems
If you never received access to something you paid for, or a product isn't working as it should, contact us and we'll fix it. Our goal is to get you what you purchased — restoring access or correcting the delivery, rather than issuing a refund.
05Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than your bank can. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in loss of access to the Services while the dispute is reviewed.
06Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
